Moore, Oklahoma Tornados
Moore, Oklahoma, a town I have traveled through on more than one occasion was recently hit by a massive tornado. (Click this link to see just how big it got and just how fast.) An EF-5, to be exact. It had wind speeds of over 200mph and was over a mile wide.
I hadn't even heard about the tornado until it was over. It took all of forty minutes to devastatingly impact the town. Then, just a few days later, the town was knocked down again by more storms and tornadoes.
Rumors are floating around a bit. Down here, people don't have a crystal clear idea of what happened or what is going on to help people effected in the current moment. As for me, I'm about to get an idea.
My team and I leave to help this coming Sunday morning. I don't know what I'm going to see. I don't know how I'm going to feel about it. All I know is that it will have an impact on me.
Stay tuned for updates.
Blessings,
Ryleigh
