I'm not going to lie; I love Pinterest. More than you know. Actually, who am I kidding? Everybody loves Pinterest! In all seriousness, though, I believe it's the best site to have hit the internet since Facebook. I really don't love Facebook all that much, so not a great example. You get what I'm trying to get across, though. Right? Right.
What did people do before Pinterest? What if they were getting married? Or planning a fall party? Or didn't know what to make for dinner? Honestly, Pinterest is a blessing. No lie.
That being said...I really am on it way too much. At least, I think I am. Again, who am I kidding. (I definitely am on it too much.) Don't judge, you are too. And there's a large chance you have a tab pulled up right now with Pinterest on it waiting for your inevitable return.
As much as I love Pinterest, there comes a time in every woman's life when she needs to put the second cupcake down and shut off the computer. I know--this is a big step. But every addiction is hard to overcome in the first stage. It get's easier. I promise. I think. I hope...the Lord will help me. I'm not strong enough.
Let us take the first step as the civilized, healthy, sociable people we all strive to be and at least put our Pinterest finds to use, eventually easing out into the real world more often then we're here. That doesn't mean you should stop reading my blog, however. (See what I did there?)
Blessings,
Ryleigh
